Bluetooth PAN

So, for some reason, my vogue with 6.1 doesnt show up as offering a Bluetooth PAN service when i look it up in my xp machine. im using the toshiba bluetooth stack on my laptop, and it had worked with my titan, so i dont know what is different with the vogue...

im doing things the same way as i was with my titan, and would really like to have BT tethering work
