Hard Reset when Roaming

hey guys im just wondering if it is ok to do a hard reset while im roaming like will i be able to txt, mms, internet make phone calls, etc... thanks

iv hard reset while in roam. i could text ect. after reset if i understand question.

make sure you back everything on card. i use pimbackup and its freeware. hope i got you if you dont have backup.
