Flash Sprint To Cricket Help?

I had my phone shut off due to $ problems. I want to switch to Cricket because its cheaper for me. Unless somebody out there can get me a Sero account again. My Touch is the only source of internet I have. I'm sitting in a McDee parkinglot sending this post. I don't have enought time to search the forums for info. Can somebody please help me in finding a way to flash a Touch to Cricket. And does it work good? Does the internet work? Please help. I may loose my job as a DELL in-home tech if I don't get my phone working soon. THANK YOU ALL THAT POST!!!
