You guys are really the best. I have been looking for a simple step by step guide, and you have given it to me. I do still have a few questions:
1. If I do flash to a new ROM, does that void my warranty?
2. Does flashing a Verizon 6900 pose any special problems or concerns?
3. Can I go back to stock once I do this?
4. About how long does it take?
I really do appreciate all your help guys.

Gray area. If you need to exchange it or have it serviced you will need to flash back to the OEM ROM. This poses a problem since OEM ROM is not not compatible with the newer Bell radio. See Dangers of downgrading after installing GPS radio

If this is the first time that you have flashed a ROM, I would allow a whole after afternoon, just in case something goes wrong. You will be doing a lot of reading and rereading. It really only should take 30-45 mins though.

By the way, the SIP change works now. I don't know why.

When you install SIP Change.cab, make sure it is installed in the device. When I installed it in the storage card, it gave me multiple error messages.
