I'm inclined to say there's some confusion there. The GSM Vogue has wifi from what I know, however the CDMA version does not. Sprint is CDMA, as is Verizon and Alltel. ATT and friends are GSM, thus their Vogue's would have wifi. There's been a ton of speculation regarding the hardware, but no one that I know of has confirmed that it's there, after it's been out as long as it has, thus I'm thinking no. My suggestion would be MicroSD Wifi Card in your micro sd slot.
