Question about sound settings

I was wondering if there was a program or a way to make my Touch sound settings change to my need automatically. I.E. the sound would be on high for my wake up alarm and on vibrate or silent for work. But it would do it according to a setting through a program.

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

Yup, one of the better commercial solutions is phoneAlarm.

Thank you very much. I appreciate it. But I should have made it clearer: I'm looking for a program or plugin that would run in the background. Something that I can customize just the sound settings fro vibrate, silent and ring.

I have to tell you, I do like phoneAlarm though. Loks very cool. I'm just shopping for somethign really simple.
