Has anyone had a corrupted SD card since the new 6.1 ROMs?

Just curious. I have not had a corruption in 6 months but a friend of mine has the Verizon 6900 with stock ROM and has had his SD card corrupt a few times. He's afraid to upgrade to the new ROMs since there is no fall back to a stock ROM available yet.

I tried to convince him to go with Sprint SERO but he would not bite.
