Recording Phone Calls

No, it is not illegal to record calls in my state!

Can anyone advise if there is a software program that will allow me to record calls on my HTC Touch without using the speaker phone option.

I had a palm and everyone said it couldn't be done at first. Then next thing you know there were several programs available. This is the only thing left causing me to cling to my palm as a backup phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
