Trouble Flashing

I have been trying to unlock my device to try out a couple custom roms. When i run ImCokeMan's V2.31 unlocker everything goes fine until i get to the bootloader and i must disconnect/reconnect. The problem is after i disconnect, i cannot seem to reconnect to Activesync. I have searched and people have said don't worry about AS. However the RUU will not run because the phone is not connected at all. Like once it enters the bootloader it has lost all ability to reconnect. I have soft-reset and started over many times and still the same thing. I have even hard-reset and still no success. This is getting REALLY annoying, can someone help me please?

I am running the Official WM 6.1 Sprint Rom 3.42.50 (GPS/REV. A), The one from the HTC website. Yes i flashed it myself; and that actually went through flawlessly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

This still doesn't fix my problem about the phone not reconnecting. Also wheni drag the .nbh file onto thr RUU it says it cannot read file...

Help, please?

Activesync won't see your phone after it's in bootloader, the RUU however should see it.
Also you shouldn't have to drag the nbh to the ruu, the nbh will be named the right file name and you run the ruu and it will take you through updating.

Works flawlessly on mine.

the nbh file usually just needs to be in same directory as the RUU
