HTC Touch (alltel) BT ICS Will Not Work! Help Please!?

Okay. So I got my touch a while back but then I had to warranty it and some stuff and got a new one. Anyway I never had much time to play with it. So now I'm doing some messing with it and I try to use ICS on WM6 to share internet to my Mac over BT PAN. Which usually works fine with my buddy's PPC6800, so it should with mine too. For some reason it doesn't recognize the BT PAN at all. So I tried it on a computer running Windows Vista, same problem. Both of these computers work fine with his PPC6800 also running WM6. It's probably something simple but i don't know WM6 very well so help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
