Converting videos
I have been using SUPER which is a program that will convert regular videos/movies to 3gp. I was wondering what would be the best setting for it to use as there are several different 3gp settings and most will display a black screen with audio.
Is their any programs that anyone could recommend to convert videos that would work better? |

Re: Converting videos
Well, you don't have to use 3gp, you can use avi and other video formats as well, and use tcmpc or divx mobile to play them. I have used SUPER for some conversions, and it works quite well, but you have to play around with the setting to fit your liking. There was a link to a youtube video to show how to get the best quality on the vogue but i dont seem to have the link, if i see it then ill post it.
For video and audio conversions I use Total Video Converter, which includes 3GP conversion(theres a watermark to the free version)... Last edited by manifest3r; 08-21-2008 at 03:29 PM. |

Re: Converting videos
Divx mobile is working good for me. Most of the videos I have are divx (avi).
Total Video Converter made my media player play all videos upside down but it DOES convert to 3gp at an excellent speed. If I could afford the full version I would defiantly purchase it. |

Re: Converting videos
I use Mobila VIdeo Studeo Pro, it will convert videos to varous formats: Windows Mobile, PSP, iPods, Zune etc... and you can create and save custom setting for different screen sizes and stuff. I am pretty happy, and it's drag and drop, you connect you device to it, it see it's you can drill down to the directory you want them saved in and just drag and drop any video into the window and it converts it and saves to the device.

Re: Converting videos
I use CloneDVDmobile and it will with AnyDVD copy anything even if it is copy protected. It is available from http://www.slysoft.com It is a comercial product so you will have to pay for it, but it works on everything I have tried and the results are excellent.
