TomTom7 is blocking calls

I've got an HTC Touch with the stock 6.1 firmware, nothing installed except for TomTom, google maps and live search other than what was there after I hard reset the phone, not letting customizations run.

I hard reset my phone because when I got a call, it would lock up when i hit answer, and most of the time just roll into voicemail unless i hit answer right away, and i'd get it on the last second. If this happens, the call comes through but TomTom comes up too, which I think is the reason it's doing this. This is driving me nuts, does anyone know what the issue is?
