GPS Software for XV6900

Are there any free GPS software like the verizon nav or other GPS devices that can tell you the route at your current position. I use Google and Live for now, but they can give you the route from start to finish but doesn't give you the turn by turn details at the current position your in. Looking at the postings people use TomTom but I can't find the app in their site. Thanks.

Even Mobium GPS, which you can run free for 30 days, does not show what road you're on either at the top or bottom. Someone from Mobium said that for such maps to display what road you're on, requires a lot more data and they did not want customers to be subject to a large data bill. Mobium by the way is awful. I had 3 weeks left of a paid month which I bought, yet deleted it. Earthcomber is free...check it out. Nothing better free out there.

The only software worth waiting for, I think, cost about $100 each: OnCourse Navigator 8, and iGuidance 2009, both due any time.
