How To add Roam Only On sprint touch win 6.1

I just upgraded to windows mobile 6.1 and I saw I cant set my phone on roam only. It says either Sprint only or automatic and Sprint network where I live at is garbage.

I was wondering if someone could give me detailed instructions on how to add it back
