Error: Invalid Command
Ok, I've decided not to keep filling up the official release thread, so here goes...
I'm trying to upgrade my Vogue to the offical Bell 6.1 release seen here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=34220 Unfortunately, evertime I try to run the upgrade, it fails with the error "ERROR 328: Invalid Command" Here's what I've tried: - Loading the phone in bootloader (No dice) - Extracting the downloaded .exe and manually running ROMUpdateUtility.exe (No dice) - Flashing to the stock Sprint ROM (No dice, even this ROM won't load now, same error) - Re-unlocking with COKE 2.31 (Runs fine, but ROMs still won't install) Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do? This is killing me. EDIT: Scratch that, I got it! I plugged my phone in and ran the update on a computer with Windows Vista 32-Bit on it, rather than mine with 64-Bit, and it worked fine! Must be a problem with the installer running on Vista 64-Bit. Last edited by Zewnchops; 08-07-2008 at 02:32 PM. |

Re: Error: Invalid Command
Get the file <VOGUIMG.nbh 102,670,236> from the installer file.
Copy this file to the ROOT of a FAT32 formatted microSD card that is in your phone. Power+Camera+Stylus-Pin-Hole will start ImCoKeMaNs bootloader and should automatically install the VOGUIMG.nbh file, off of the FAT32 card. Best regards, -boggsie Quote:
