Relocking Bell Mobility HTC Touch to SPL-0.36.0000

I need to send in my Touch for warranty work. My USB port came apart and from what i've been told it's a warranty issue. What i need to do if possible is to relock my phones SPL to the original SPL-0.36.0000 . I have been able to restore the radio to the origianal, the OS back to WM 6.0 but getting the bootloader back has proven to be a problem. Is there anyway to do this without using my USB port as it's not functioning?

Any Help or tips in the right direction will be gladly appreciated!
