i cant drag and drop files to my xv6900

i've searched everywhere, and i can't figure out why. when i drag a file, a little circle with a line through it appears and the file wont drop. please help. this is very frustrating.

Sounds like you are dragging a zip file that has not been opened yet. I've seen that myself. Extract it locally (probably a .cab file inside) then drag the cab over.
