Phone wont unlock

i dont know whats with my phone but after locking it last night.. it wont unlock with my password.

how can i fix this?!?!

i dont know what the hell happened... i really dont want to hard reset and lose everything. it wont even let me enter a password. i put it in and click unlock and it acts as if the unlock does not even work.

If you set up your sync computer to automatically unlock it when you connect, have you tried that to see if it still works?

damn it.. wish i would have read that earlier. lol

already did the hard reset.
