How to create a shortcut for a touch/hold/click?

So everytime I hop into my car I need to enable "bluetooth audio streaming" .. So I have to go to setting>connections>bluetooth... hold and click on my connection and enable bluetooth audio streaming. So .. is there any way to set up an icon on my screen that I could touch to do that for me? I'm currently using torx's iphone theme.. so I can add new buttons for certain things but I can't quite figure this out.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
