Opera 9.5b resets keyboard

Is anyone else experiencing the issue of the Opera reseting back to the standard keyboard even though you keep selecting (IE: QWERTY keyboard) when you are entering web addresses?

known bug in opera 9.5 beta
use the one ripped from the diamond and it wont do that on you
