Battery Questions

Hey guys, i recently purchased a XV6900 and i am noticing the battery life is short lived. Is there anything i can do to save my battery. i am barely using the phone and its draining fast. are there settings i am missing? my email is set to download every 5 min. i notice when i click on the top right button it shows multiple programs running. how can i completely make sure they are closing out when i click the x button and what other ideas do you have to save the battery. Please help. I like the phone but wont keep it if the battery drains that fast on a normal basis.

Search the site for the mogul battery hack...it DOES work on the touch! Make sure you "kill" your internet connection when your done with it. Also, google is a great resource...do a generic search on ppc's and battery life. Hope this helps ya, I personally get a full day from my touch. I make calls, surf the web, listen to music, and text message...by the end of the day I usually end up at 20%

Also, make sure you hold the X button when you close an application. Just clicking the X might not close it and it still shows in the task menu.

i use the power managemen hack from forum for my touch, works great. do search. have to make reg. adjust also theres cab file with no adjustments. bottom line d a search. if you need help post.
