Re: Sprint Mobile Email only allows you to add one account?
Go to
http://community.seven.com/main.php and sign up for the free beta program. Seven is the same company that makes Sprint Mobile Email but there client is much better. Set up as many accounts as you like and get full html email access. |

I found the Seven didn't work for me -- most of the time I just didn't receive the emails. I switched to mobiPush and its worked very well on my Touch.

Re: Sprint Mobile Email only allows you to add one account?
I personally have three GMail accounts, which I use for different things (personal, forms that I think will generate SPAM, and my XBL COD4 clan stuff). I have them all forward to my personal GMail account via GMail settings, based on filters. Takes a little to set them up but it works great.
Otherwise, I would use Pocket Outlook on the PPC to do it, if I were you. I have two personal domains that I check, my GMail, and also sync to my Exchange server, all through Pocket Outlook. They all work flawlessly.

Re: Sprint Mobile Email only allows you to add one account?
Installed Seven, and it seems pretty good. Sent an email to one of my accounts, and got a notification within about 10 minutes. Gonna have to see how the battery life is affected before deciding to keep using it. Am I correct in thinking that the "Seven" program has to be always running? The only way I found to close it was by ending the task through the task manager. I'm guessing I'd receive no emails if I left it closed.

Re: Sprint Mobile Email only allows you to add one account?
Okay, I take back the good things I said about Seven. I haven't gotten a single email with it after that first one. Even when I go into the Seven program, select the email account, and select "refresh data", I get none of the emails from the account. Or even if I go into mobile outlook, select the account, and select "send/receive", I still get nothing. Apparently Seven thinks there's no email on the account, even though there is.
Weird that the first test email that I sent to myself came through but nothing since then, even though I've received many emails since then. |
