Need a little HELP

I have themegen to create .tsk files. I use to have a rom with a program on my vogue where I could change the top bar different colors or make it just solid black for WM5/6. In themegen I cant make it solid black. Anyone have a link or know what program I'm talking about? I would love to have it back.

thats why were here, to help each other. actually its one of my first apps. i ever used from this site. still play with it on my 6900. doesnt play well with my pro or diamond. some things do work but most dont.
