New Instinct Features for Htc Touch

Does anyone know where I could find software to make the Htc touch have some of the features of the new Samsung Instinct.

The features i would really like to have are small vibrations each time any button is pressed on the touch screen.

Also I would like to be able to scroll by holding the camera button and tilting the phone. It seem the scroll is controlled by motion picked up from the camera.
