i would still reflash to an oem rom to see if its still happening...atleast this way if its still happening with a oem rom you can take it to a sprint store and get it replaced

Got it talked to a sprint tech support guy via other phone, we tried several things and after that he sent me to the store for exchange since when it is an OS failure it is a free of charge replacement. The phone wasn't brand new (got a refurbished) but i didnt pay a $$$$

did you flash it back to stock rom? This is happening to my phone now for the second day. I had flashed my phone last in May so I don't think it has anything to do with the rom. Anyways, did you have to flash it back to stock in order to get it replaced?
