Re: task manager on left (after reset)

Has anyone tried installing the HTC Task Manager, ripped from a Touch, on top of the one that is in the rom? That might work. I am slammed at work today but I can try it later. If anyone else wants to try it, I attached it here.
If you do try it, please post your results for the rest of us. |

Re: task manager on left (after reset)
I can confirm that, after installation and a soft reset, it does fix the issue. I also did a couple of additional soft resets to check it and it worked correctly each time.

Thanks rainfreak!!!
Works like a champ and that was driving me crazy after a soft reset! =D> |
Re: task manager on left (after reset)
yeah thanks rainfreak! this was one of those little things that harmless but get annoying after awhile. I noticed on the thread discussing the leaked .4 rom that two of the changes were taskmanagerapp.exe & taskservice.dll. I don't why they try to fix something in their final version before releasing it when it wasn't broken to begin with.
