my GPS not working, need Help!

settings>system menu>external GPS program> GPS program port com4.
GPS hardware port set to "none" and baud rate of 4800.
location settings are set to "on".
Start Gpsviewer, set it to com4, and baud rate of 4800. click "open gps" and click on cold start, find 6 satellites

wait about a minute, and then go and start google maps use gps, here is the message says on right top corner:
GPS Active (0)...
Seeking GPS Satellites(0)...
And nothing happened. I left the phone like that like for a long time and same message.
Google Map>Manage GPS Automatically is checked
Am I missing something or is there any settings to change???
