Switched to Vetvito's v2.0 Rom using 20748 and "dialer pop-up" bug is gone. Downside with Vet's Rom is OZ IM doesn't allow me to logon with my IM accounts and youtube is not working(not enough storage 8mb error) in this Rom, but over all not bad.

Search on the forum, the cab to fix teh popup dialer is somewhere around here, I think its called spbphonefix, not sure though, it definately works
