I experienced that with the version posted early in July, you need to go into bootloader and flash to the July 22 version or flash to something else and wait for Nex's newest update which seems as though it might be coming relatively soon.

I had the same issue with the first version I downloaded. Check out Nex's ROMs and be sure you're using the latest one available that isn't password protected
