I don't use MSN but I was able to open Window's Live Messenger. I didn't sign in cause I don't have a user name and password but it seems to work.

To set your weather app to local go to SETTINGS (wheel icon), TouchFLO3D, WEATHER TAB (scroll thru on the bottom), then open your keyboard and highlight Jupiter, FL by sliding your finger over it and type in your city, state (ie Middletown, CT) then click SAVE. Soft Reset you phone and it should update your weather app upon startup. It worked for me. Good luck!!

msn as in msn messenger ... and i tried changing my city and state in touchflo3d but no luck

The weather app did take me a few tries of changing it and rebooting but it finally took. I'd keep at it. Sorry I can't help with your MSN. I'm sure v3 will support MSN

after changing the city, reload throttle, go to the weather tab and tap on the actual icon(the big sun or clouds), that changed the city after a quick reload.

thanks the changing city for weather worked ... any suggestions on how to make msn messenger work ?

i don't use it and never have, so i wouldn't know... Nex was having issues with Jive right before he released v2 and we told him just to forget it and release the update lol... Jive is different from msn messenger right?

i wish i could use this ROM ...i have tried everything in this thread & still can't get it to run ..i have loaded several roms & have never had this problem ...can someone please pm me detailed instructions on how to install it ,i juat can't go past the nbh file .

once you download the .nbh file ... change the name to RUU_signed.nbh and copy it to any rom u downloaded before copy and replace the original in the folder. once you did that run the romupdateunitiliy and it should flash ur phone wit throttle manila. but make sure u download v2 from the ftp and not the first page cuz i think the first page is not updated as of yet. hopefully this will help u

Stupid question but can someone please tell me what the Root Directory on my sd card is? Trying to install TomTom 7 on this ROM and it says to save the maps in the root directory but I have no clue what that means. Thanks
