internet connection issue

Hi all, I have an issue with my sprint touch after upgrading to the "official" leaked rom just released. Everything works great (love the gps and Rev A) except the internet connects automatically while the phone is in sleep mode. Is there any way to prevent this? I never had this issue with the stock rom.

Also, I don't know if this is an issue or not, but every time I use the built in GPS it connects to the internet. Is this part of the agps that uses cell towers to improve the accuracy?
