Cube Registry setting

I have the cube itself in the registry turned off to not display on upwards swipe

is there any way in the registry or what not to to prevent processes like biotouch, applauncher, etc for the cube to not start up when the phone does? I went into memmaid and even though the cube swipe up is turned off the processes still start using resources for no reason since the cube is turned off.

i dont want to just delete the files incase i want the cube in the future, just stop them from starting with the system
