Help Me Flashing!!!!

first of all thanks to spencer_moore for helping me out with this!
but im experiencing a problem during installing coke 2.31...
while im installing, after the first two screens, after it verfies, it gives me an error....it says i have a program open? even when i dont!
ive tried everything!
ive went into taskmanager and stopped every un-necessary program from running.
ive done this on two different computers.
still the same, exact error!!!
someone help me out!!! please!!!!
