Are you sending it back because you did the customization? I think theres a way to get it back to working status after the fact.

ive been cooking for two weeks from the ppc kitchen
first few roms were buggy, didnt have everything working.
got one now that works great.

to remove the customizations on the sprint rom just hard reset.
than soft reset when it prompts the customizations
