Can't Get "ALL CALLS" Filter To Remain

I just updated my phone to 6.1 w/ the newest ROM and used the kitchen to cook my own up; but when I click on the phone icon on the 5-tab HTC, it will ALWAYS bring up the MISSED CALLS filter-I try to check mark the ALL CALLS filter to have that be displayed, but everytime I X out of it and click back on it, back to the MISSED CALLS filter...any ideas on how to have it stay on the ALL CALLS?
