Calling switches to 1X network???

Got my Vogue (sprint) unlocked, radio is at 3.37.15 and I used the Almost OEM 6.1 Sprint ROM **V.3.0** Lite version rom. I did an ESN swap online and just couldn't get it to program correctly. So I took it into a Sprint store and they got it connected OK. My problem is whenever I make a call it switches to the 1X network, as soon as I hit the end button it switches to the EVDO network.
