Any luck for Bell Mobility user with the new Alltell rom

I downloaded the Alltell rom as it was explained in the instructions but I could not connect to internet. I tried to hard reset and do a soft reset before it starts to customize Alltel settings but it doesn't help with the internet connection... Also, I wanted to reload back to official bell rom but it gives me an error with code 230. Can some one confirm that they this rom working with on bell touch ? or give me some instructions how to upload back the official bell rom.
