Rom Flash methods?

I've recently flashed my Vogue with the kitchen 3.02 GPS Rom and now the devise hangs at the OS loading.

Star devise....Background shows up...then comes the rom version red text...then nothing....the image hangs there.

-Tried to flash it again but the USB link is not detected by the PC...so flashing software wont work.

-Tried dumping a OEM ROM on the SD card and booting up the cell but the rom is not loading....

I'm i doing something wrong or did i just created a paperweight?
Is there a way to manually make the cell go into flasing mode? (tricolorscreen)
