Leaked Rom upgrade question (using nonstock already)
I upgraded to an early WM 6.1 ROM for the sprint touch a few months ago and was hoping the official release would be out by now but really can't wait any longer for GPS. I feel like I have seen that you need to be the original stock ROM in order to use the leaked one. Can anyone confirm if this is true or can I just use the leaked ROM with my Touch as is with the early hacked WM6.1 ROM. Thanks for the help.

As long as you have unlocker 2.31 installed you can go ahead and flash the leaked rom. The leaked rom takes a long time to flash and will pause a few times and you will think it is locked up. Start the fash and walk away and come back 15 mins later.

it wont take 15 mins because no flash takes longer than 10. but the above poster is right it will take a long time to flash this. also you will needa ROM that is made for the gps radio pre gps ROMs will not work with the gps radio and i would flash to a stock rom then unlock with the 2.31 unlocker then flash the leaked rom. there are many great roms.that are for the gps radio.
