PocketCM -Odd Behavoir?

On the Drop Down Menu there is the PocketCM quick access icon. If I try to uncheck it under Settings/Menus I get an error: "Cannot move that item." There are two copies of PocketCM there, one is checked and one isn't. I don't know how to get rid of duplicates either.

Is there a way to uncheck or remove this item from the list?

I figured out how to fix it.
