Can I copy the ROM from one phone to another?

I used the kitchen and created a "ROM" about 2weeks ago. I put it both my phond and my wife's phone. Since then I have tried different "ROM's" but now my phone keeps crashing/hanging. My wife's phone has been running strong since Day 1. I want to take what I put on her phone and put it on my phone, I miss the stability and am sick of trying.

Can I create an file from her phone somehow?
