phone constantly switching in and out of roam

I did the htc update for alltel touch and now my phone is constantly switching in and out of roam everything works but this is annoying keeps warning me about charges in roaming blah blah blah ... anyway anybody get this problem too and if so did you fix it and how did you do it .... thanx
