How do i flash a new rom after Rev A/Radio upgrade?

I followed the CONSOLIDATED Rev A. TUTORIAL a few weeks back and everything is running great. I want to flash the ALMOST OEM 6.1 sprint rom, but I cant seem to find any info on flashing roms after performing the upgrades I've performed.

Do I just run the RUU included in the zip?
I don't know a whole lot about these phones, but can follow simple instructions very well. Any help would be appreciated!.
