2 Questions!

Ok I am brand new here to this community, came from everythingQ.com but now have a brand new vogue (xv 6900) from verizon and have a few questions as i learn everything about this device that is possible.

Question 1:

Is there a way to lower the sensitivity of the volume rocker on the side of the phoen? It seems that when I hit it up once or down once for a second it spazzes and goes to full or no volume and beeps 10 times like i was holding it for a while..

Question 2:

Is there any way to remap the Verizon HTC Home Plugin buttons? The 5 buttons are the phone, lock, messages, cart, photos buttons that I want to remap so that specific programs open when i click on them...and if there is a way to change the icons accordingly.
