Don't yall understand the gpu in the Diamond does 7-8mil polygons/sec? The touch can't come close to that, so its not gonna run tflo-3d or whatever. Its like asking your dog to keep up with a cheetah.

I think that's why getting the Kaisers drivers is crucial to this also. The two items are linked, we need both not just one or the other. Well I guess the drivers without interface would work. But we aren't getting the interface unless we get the hardware working first.

Personally I am seeking something that looks "similar" to what the Diamond does. I'm not asking for the exact same thing or same speed. I never defined anything like that.

Fun Contact from Vito for example is an example of a very nice, clean and neat looking application that runs just fine on my Touch.

If someone could emulate even close to what the Diamond offers looks wise, it would be a step in the right direction as to something looking pretty damn neat on the Touch.

The photo contacts is sorta similar to Face Contacts, except on the side.

The Clock can be done I am sure just by having someone do up a font of that style and use it with HHC on the HTC Home.

Weather, humm don't know if it can display animated weather icons thru HTC Home. Perhaps the SPB people will work on new look-alikes.
