Phone beeps randomly!! WTF??

Hey guys,
I am having the oddest problem my phone, its behavior is driving me nuts.

Heres whats happening.
The phone will be just sitting there, I am no where near it, and all of a sudden it just beeps 3 or 4 times.
I pick up the phone to see whats going on, and the back light never comes on, and when I turn it on, there are no notifications and nothing is going on.

The beeps sound like the beeps when you are turning the volume up and down with the slider.

has this happened to anyone before? what is it?

Try going into sounds and notifications and make sure there aren't any notifications selected that you dont want the phone to alert

Its weird yeah, I had it dong this awhile ago with my Titan. Never could find what the hell was happening. Its more annoying when you have Wisbar sounds. :/

Whatever it is its well below the radar. Its not ActiveSync or any other auto process I can think of.
