M.IP Customer Profile

I'm helping Openwave to get his phone working.
Looks like all his internet info was gone in the above profiles 1 and 2 .For example he had no entry for 1112223333@mip.1x.bell.ca

Is the AAA Shared Secret Setting, which is about 32 numbers long specific to my phone?
Same ? for HA Shared Secret setting
