Sprint Touch. Help Backing up

i have been reading. and now im a little confused. I would like to d/l a program i can back EVERYTHING off my htc(sprint) phone and reset my phone then load the info back.. ( most of all contects,pictures and if possible programs)
Please let me know what i should download..

SPB Backup, Sprite backup. I personally use SPB. It can be set to back up either all data or just what you select. Not a free program but well worth the peace of mind. IMO it ought to come with ANY PPC, but it doesn't. You can get it from Handango, or the SPB site.

I dont think any software came with my phone.. Just the fancy box.lol..

The old saying "you get what you pay for" comes to mind... I really don't know if there are any freeware programs out there to do the job.

Of course it didn't come with addons/software. Neither did your desktop.

it has a free trial (limited I think to 5 runs) but it's only $19.95 and handango has sitewide discounts (use SECRETSALE for 15% off)

Sorry you do sound like a cheap *** lol.. I can be one myself sometimes you can find almost any program for free keyword "Google".
