I didn't let the customizations run for JD's ROM....is there anyway to run those customizations after I first cancelled them? say, by running a file from explorer or something? Or would i have to re-flash and then re-installed Garmin XT, etc?
Thanks! BTW, I'm using JD's new 6.1 ROM on a Bell Touch... |

Hi guys - I've always had freezing with the various 6.1 ROMS and am now using the new Bell Rom which is working flawlessly; any chance this GPS Radio update would work with the new Bell ROM?
Also, how is the JD 6.1 ROM for freezing? You folks encounter any freezing since upgrading? Don't mean to focus so much on the freezing but it really sucks having to reset your phone. Thanks. |

hey plemen, ive had absoloutely NO freezing with jd's rom, it works flawlessly...but remember first u have to upgrade to the alltel rom and get ur radio upgraded and then load whichever rom ud like... personally i prefer OMJ's rom, but im waiting for his 6.1 w/ gps

hey mixxy do you get solid gps locks? For some reason my gps (using visualGPSce) seems to grab a few sats (either in use or in view) and then drops them.

im getting a very good lock...today i tried it in downtown toronto and though it took a little (3-4 mins) while to lock on, once it locks it doesnt drop them...by the way, i was driving and doing about 70 km/hr during this time
in normal suburban area it takes less than 45 seconds to lock on even when im on the highway, and im using holux gps viewer along with tomtom 6 |
