Unable to Sync notes

I search "Sync Notes" but was unable to find anything. Apologies if I didn't look carefully enough.

Currently running on the Touch with WM6.0 still, ActiveSync 4.5. Don't have any issues syncing anything EXCEPT for notes. Anybody know what may be causing this?
One thing to note is that I have my notes stored on my SD card. I don't quite remember but assume it was a regedit to have that changed. Though I would think a regedit would affect ActiveSync as well.
